PICC Performance, LLC, has been answering the need for skilled peripheral IV insertion nurses in long term care facilities in the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island for more than 27 years. We bring national best practices for IV line placement to the patient's bedside, 7 days per week, 24 hours per day. The Company operates independently and is managed by Hugues Villeneuve, RN, VP of Operations. With the addition of ultrasound technology, insertion capabilities and ECG technology for PICC tip confirmation, PICC Performance, LLC, has now grown to contract with many local and national pharmacies.

Hugues has more than 30 years experience in vascular access. With extensive experience in emergency and critical care nursing as well as a qualified PICC and Midline nurse. In addition to monitoring and growing the business, Hugues is often in the field teaching and/or inserting all lines, speaking to our clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of the business.
